Professional High Performance Custom Exhaust Kit Upgrade

Increase your Diesels Performance and Efficiency with our Professionally Hand crafted 3" 304 Stainless steel 16ga TIG welded downpipe and mid pipe. Each kit arrives complete with all necessary installation hardware. Engine tuning is required to ensure optimal performance.
This kit is designed to retain the oem muffler. One cut to the factory exhaust system is required, then the system is installed with the provided band clamps and slip sleeves. Due to bmws lack of support on the mid pipe of the exhaust, a couple tack welds may be required from the band clamp to the pipe to eliminate rotation of the mid pipe. Installation Notes
- The factory turbo V-band clamp and gasket are retained.
- If there are concerns about corrosion, it is recommended to source a replacement clamp from your local dealer. With careful disassembly, the original clamp and gasket are typically suitable for reuse.
- One cut is required before the rear axle. See phots.
- All necessary clamps for installation are included.
Important:
Engine tuning is required to ensure optimal performance. Tuning options will pop up when you add the pipes to your cart.
We recommend DUDMD Tuning for these vehicles, especially 2016 and newer models, due to tuning hardware compatibility issues with the newer ecus. DUDMD's hardware handles these newer ECUs without issue.
DOC Converter addon: Adds a high flow diesel oxidation catalyst converter to the downpipe. The DOC is a 200cpi GESi converter that really aides with smell and reduces some noise at the tail pipe. This option is not available for rush order. Please note, we will do everything in our power to get this kit out within the time frame, however sometimes DOC kits may require a few extra days lead time.
