This Delete Kit is 2.5 Or 3.0 inch and is made with 304L stainless steel with Vibrant Performance flex’s and bung’s orbital Tig welded with CNC V-band flange.

All of ours pipes use lapped connections and the 2.5 inch pipes are seamless.
It’s made in Canada. 


This Kit Comes With A Powergate V4 And Eco Tuning.

Orders are processed in 2 to 5 business days and you get a tracking email for each box. US orders ship from Vancouver, BC; pipes and tuning ship as two separate shipments. 30 day returns on unused parts in the original packaging; see the refund policy for fees. Duties, taxes and tariffs on US orders are the buyer's responsibility.

Installation and support

Powergate pairs over Bluetooth and walks you through the flash. Missing a tune file? Email jeff@stevensontuning.com with the number on the back of your Powergate and your order number.

This is the second kit I have purchased from them first was stage2 with DSG tune and second was eco tune (will be getting DSG tune in near future). On this order we had some issues of not receiving some parts but it was handled very well by them and I was very well taken care of and received the missing items very fast. When I buy more TDI’s I will be ordering more kits from them, best one the market!

The tuning process with the Powergate was extremely simple and straightforward anyone who knows how to read can install a tune. Just go slow and read each screen.

Jeff and the Stevenson Tuning team were EXTREMELY responsive via email. I emailed them on a Sunday night and got a response literally within minutes. I was blown away.

This morning I got 41mpg city.
Overall, wonderful experience. Super easy!

I hope I left a positive enough review to have the customer service team slide me a DSG tune.

Regardless, I will recommend Stevenson Tuning whenever I can within the handful of TDI Facebook groups I’m in.

I ordered a kit for my 2012 tdi Jetta. Tuning was simple, tune seems to be working as it should so far. Pipe is quality made and easy to install once you remove all of the old stuff. My only downside to this kit is that there are no installation instructions but once you watch a few YouTube videos you can work your way around it alright.

This kit shipped to us overnight the day before closing for Christmas. Overall the kit was pretty straight forward and works really well. Their customer service was very easy to work with and ask questions. The only negative comment I can think of is the lack of instructions. Not that big of a deal but would definitely be helpful for any DIY mechanics. Definitely would recommend this kit to anyone looking to purchase a delete and tune kit.

Do I need a shop to install this?

No. Tunes flash through the Powergate from your phone. Pipes bolt on with a V-band flange and hand tools.

Why two shipments?

Pipes are boxed in the shop. The Powergate ships from the tuning bench once your file is written. Two tracking numbers.

Is this legal for the street?

Every product is sold for off-road use only. Check your local regulations.
