Auxiliary Cooler Delete Kit
Delete the leak-prone Gen 1 auxiliary cooler with a billet replacement from SUS TDI. This kit fits 2009–2012 VW Touareg TDI, Audi Q7 TDI, and Porsche Cayenne Diesel (BKS, BUN, CATA engines) and replaces OEM part numbers 059121065AC / 059121065DT. The factory two-piece flange was painted cast aluminum and known to corrode at the seam. Our one-piece CNC-machined aluminum flange eliminates that failure point and is anodized for long-term protection. Includes an upgraded HNBR O-ring for a stronger seal compared to stock material.
