Designed specifically for the North American-spec G30 540d equipped with the B57 3.0L turbo diesel engine. Each kit is manufactured in-house and arrives complete with the necessary installation hardware.
Installation Notes
- Designed for the 2018 North American BMW G30 540d xDrive B57.
- Constructed from 3" 304 stainless steel.
- Precision TIG welded.
- All necessary clamps and installation hardware are included.
- One cut to the factory exhaust is required after the SCR. See product photo for exact cut location.
- Spacers are required under the rear aluminum crossmember. They are included with new longer hardware.
- Comes with coolant caps and intake plug.
- Professional installation is recommended.
- Engine tuning is required for proper operation.
